Medela: I thought the interviewer was clear in her ask. She was knowledgeable about various facets of the Company. She was able to articulate what the needs in the role were but also asked excellent questions to applicants. She was positive and left me with a good impression.

This needs to be a priority to resolve and improve in order to keep the sales team that we have. We are already seeing some leave due to this!

I an under-compensated, under appreciated and see no path forward for me in this company with its current culture. I'm sad to say that LG has stifled my career.

MercadoLibre: they make a three month onboarding that actually takes a week and a half before you start coding without really knowing what you're doing. People are always saying everything is good and celebrating everything but it's a lie, we have 24/7 shifts that last a week and that's illegal under our contract
LG Electronics North America: I started with minimal training during a busy season, luckily i can learn on the go and adapt but there is no training essentially. management is too busy worrying about meetings and reports to mentor you or lead. meetings could easily be an email.

There is too much demand for us to complete training, send reports, update SF.com etc. It's super distracting from focusing on sales.

Our logistics is abysmal, we need to pick a dedicated carrier and stop placing loads out for bid. We need to make more time for salespeople to interact with customers.

The software development team always face challenges and it is exciting to overcome that challenge and achieve the goal. IPC Systems: I was a Field Engineer back in the 90's. I left to join a client of IPC's. In 2006, I was asked if I wanted to come back to work for IPC and did as an Ops Supervisor. I was promoted to Regional Ops Mgr for nearly 13 yrs and now run a small global team for remote work. I love working at IPC.
IPC Systems: Its a great company to work for and a friendly work environment. The amount of work never ceases and can be overwhelming at times. Over all I am happy to be a part of the group I currently work for.

I still love it but don't agree with some haphazard leadership and although I've received a raise with my promotion and am grateful for it, I don't feel that my pay is fair considering the industry standard for this position.
