My team is AMAZING. They are all genuine, caring people and it is a pleasure to be in a shop with them. The worst thing about this job is the District Manager.

The process had me do a FaceTime interview with 2 people and then I was hired. Really easy, but clearly not thorough. Also, there were lies told about "super fast advancement", "no pressure selling", "development focused". This is hype. This does not actually happen.

The company needs to look at it's leadership. There is a disconnect from the CEO, Regionals etc down to the DMs. The DMs push hard, too hard, for performance. They push for terminations and write ups a month in to a new hire starting. CHECK YOUR DMs!

The leadership team, in general, needs to experience working in a shop. Until they do that, until they take appointments, they will not understand that sometimes, regardless of the "behaviors" some people are not able to move forward that day. Regionals, pay attention to what your DMs are doing.
