The video screening before hand
That all of my team members get along very well and we all can communicate with each other and get things done.
I love that they offer things paid for time off at your normal rate and that they’re very helpful with time off request
They need to put themselves in our shoes, by realizing that we’re taking fault for people not having $2000 in their account when they enter the door, or because we offer a “free” appointment so people don’t think they have to buy the product that day

The “sales” aspect and being punished for people not having money on them that day after offering a “free” everything, also being told what to do constantly no matter what you’re doing at that moment, and hours being taken away and false info from the beginning
