There is a focus on the people and a real drive to always improve what we do. Our leadership team especially rose to the challenge during the height of the pandemic, supporting staff and providing transparent path forward.

It is an incredibly solutions based team that listens to staff and one another and takes feedback seriously to continue to better our company. The energy and resolve of the leadership is palpable and that energy and drive cascades down in the organization.

Working on projects where all parties are having fun. I recently experienced this on a modeling task that had all having a good time with the task and its results: me as the technical lead, the team that did the heavy lifting on the modeling itself, the client, and the agency we presented it to.

The sense of trust and care that we have for another. On a personal level and also professionally, in how we pick each other up. This cannot be understated. I love how smart and creative our team members are, but the feeling that your team is there to pick you up when you need it most is awesome!
