I really love everyone's different personalities and the ability to collaborate virtually. They're also great at giving/receiving feedback and having open communication.

Honestly, my coworkers/team. I love my boss and the environment she's created with our team. It really makes a difference in the work that we do.

I love how relaxed the environment is at this company. The people feel so real and honest, and I feel encouraged to truly do my best for myself and my team. I love the "open door policy feel" with my coworkers too, especially with the higher ups.
