I have been continually impressed with SWCA's willingness to improve what the organization offers to make their employees happy. Some offices have protected staff without the desired company culture which has hindered SWCA. But I do feel that these situations I witnessed have been addressed.

Our employee benefits have been improved greatly since I started, and I feel like my supervisors/leads listen when I say I need to be paid more for the tasks I do.
