I've had a great experience, and part of that is figuring out how to make your job the way you want it to be. I am sort of frustrated that the company tries to create this culture of wellness and caring but gives so little wellness leave and vacation. This makes work/life balance hard.

Looking for employee feedback, trying to be more transparent with job descriptions, employee bonuses, etc. Trying to create a culture where employees are valued.

We have a really great team in Salt Lake City. They're engaged, supportive, inclusive, all really great, approachable people, caring, fun to work with.

Caring, value employees, trying to be transparent as a company, values sustainability, inclusive of diversity and proactive about instituting policies that promote diversity and inclusion.

I get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, learn new skills or hone others. I can decide to move into another career path in the company - we have the ability to work in different areas if we choose to.

The health care seems competitive, at least coming from a state agency. Biannual bonuses are good. I'm still not sure if there's an advantage to ESOP over 401K match, but seems to be good so far. I really don't like that I get so little vacation and wellness leave.
