In terms of my leadership team, I like how approachable and supportive they are. Regardless of how busy they are, they're always there to provide help & guidance or check in and see how I'm getting on

In terms of the leadership team I sit under, I like how approachable they are. I know I can go to them with anything, and get a response and the support I need. They're also very open and honest with everything that's happening.
