I have been grow as profissional on this company, i work on TP for 13 and i feel that have to do more effort to achived my goal than other collegues in the companie, because their have friends in higher position or some relationships. Fortunately this is something that in last 1 year is changing.

It has been generally good and I have been recognized and progressed in my career, but I feel that several factors such as my pregnancies.. it took some time to have the success I deserve, I feel I had to work a lot harder than other people who reached the same position as me without the same effort

Better equity, we have diferent range of salaries for similar functions. I feel on support departments the salary balance of manager and directores are not well balance between the market.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I Have been promoted to Director and my raise was been 6.4% at at the same time my team salary was been structure and the average raise was been between 10% to 12% and this is my expectation. The responsibilities and the results i delivery made me think it would be a bigger raise.
