So much talk but very little action, things take too long because we commit to too many things and change plans too often - meeting after meeting talking and so slow to move
Salary review is invisible we just pay new people more - bonus an unknown - other benefits v poor compared to previous roles and certainly for grade - holidays terrible, single only healthcare - always had family - life insurance too low
