This would be my first time to be in a team. Im expecting and hoping to be as engaging and as one/unity as it would be. Helping and understanding each other would be best.

To be honest, i don't have any idea yet. Though i would be expecting my company to be as generous of help/assitance, patient to us newbies and would provide the best training for us so I/we could excel in our work.
