In our case, our leaders are our trainers and our SME - they are very active, engaging and patient with us. They tend to be open and approachable whenever we make mistakes.

Honestly speaking, we will be paid hourly and I like that even though I have no experience, I can experience this much and I am also paid even if I'm still under training.

I think my team at the moment, is the best. They are very sweet, approachable, humorous, humble and even though most of them has experience, they still teach us and correct us whenever we make mistakes or when we have concerns. They are very approachable. The trainers and our SME also are very nice.
