Better introduction of their title and job discriptiion to new hirees.Be excited about the new hires. Not so judgemental.Respect to all.Not talk down to individuals. These at some bad traits if the managers. I work with a great team of associates,but bad mangers. They encourage us managers complain.

I had interview with produce.She was very positive and was looking forward to me coming on board Great listener. My second was not the same.I was placed at a computer introduced to the lead.No explanation or info on how to cirect time sheets, penalties for early clock in or out. Or point system.

We smile and are glad to see each other We make our job our owns.More concern for each others health and well fair.Sometimes a smile , a hug and laughter can be great and a good incentive to enjoy your.job.Kindness goes a long way.Especially with the younger employees They feel valued.
