benefits, compensation and customer surveys having weight on potential bonuses
it is very profitable and I doubt it will be going away anytime soon
some of the biggest problems would be surrounded favoritism, also rules, and policies constantly change
being questioned and undermined while the following company policy, is bad enough but it would have been nice to be paid more due to experience and annual raises would be nice
