You can choose your attitude. I rarely have complaining customers because I talk with them on a personal level. They love it. So I would say the customers just make my day.

I enjoy working for Walmart. Many people complain but those are ones that half hazardly do their job. Stick with it and you will be able to retire from there, just like me next year.
