So far im excited about my bonus every three months starting in September for me. It makes me never want to miss work so I can receive the whole pay out.

My team just works great together and the boss man works so hard along with us if not harder. He is very strict on making sure his OPG is the best. And it is!

My boss has a tough shell and a little intimidating...actually a bit hard to please. Very hard for him to give someone a compliment. To me though I feel like it helped me to work harder. I enjoy my team very much

I work in OGP. We have a somewhat smaller team the rest of the store. Most of us are all really good as a team. Sometime we get a new person but we always know if they will make it in OGP
