My only suggestion to you, is that this survey is sent to me too soon. I would wait 6 months until I have had time to utilize the benefits and attend meetings.

Aimbridge is a very good company. Some tweaking needs to be made. As for advancement, while you have opportunities, my market seems to be limited.

The sales team is collaborative. The conference services team seem complacent and that needs to be addressed.

I like taking the time to hand hold my clients and prospective clients so that they have no surprised while at the property.

As a new employee it's too early to ask this question. I don't know about the bonus structure just yet and have not used any of the benefits yet.

Dental insurance not up to par, health insurance is expensive, salary not up to par with comp set, bonus structure needs to be overhauled and not based on hours worked but days worked in quarter.
