I have loved my experience with Aimbridge but do not agree with decisions made at GSC that impact hotels. Roll outs of new programs are not thought out or seem to ever be made with actual frontline workers for leaders in mind. I do not believe most of GSC has ever worked at a hotel.

I love the tenure and diversity of my team. Even after two decades in the industry I am still learning from them. The variety of cultures where I work makes the job way more fun.

If this is in regard to Aimbridge leadership team, I think there is a lot to be desired still. I like Craig's presence and message, but I do not feel that is cascaded down other leaders at the "GSC" that are meant to support properties.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
It is truly built in this hotel from the GM and the people that work here. I do not feel that our culture is influenced that much from the corporate level and often feel that I need to make excuses to my team for decisions made by corporate.

My performance, leadership and presence is worth more than my compensation. I also am the only female on my EC team and paid lower than other male counterparts who do not perform. Also paid less than some of the hotel department heads. I like my job and flexibility so it's not a main factor.
