Reduced staffing has led to work/jobs being combined and our normal 50 hour work weeks have turned into 70+ with no sign of relief. Salaried associates are severely overworked and under compensated.

Change starts with the very top and spreads like fire down. When you create a warm, welcoming, and family-oriented environment for your associates the work not only gets done but is completed more efficiently when you feel comfortable asking questions and feel supported by your leadership team.
