Unlimited commission at an awesome rate. Every person on our team that was here for a full year made over 100K. That includes team members that joined as new college grads where this is their first role in the corporate world.

It's very team oriented. Also very supportive of your outside interests and family comes first. Flexibility is huge too. We have a hybrid work schedule, early closes for holidays, closed the week between christmas and new years. The importance of our mental health is valued.

Beacon Hill is such a healthy sales environment and that is so rare to find. The people are all fantastic and supportive and genuine. The company is also always finding ways to continue to keep us engaged and providing opportunities for career growth. They also create a lot of moments to have fun!
