What is the best part about your compensation package?
Worst part EMPOWER. I've lost money every year. And I have to pay tax on benefits? Deductible is WAY too high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are many good people that I've worked with for years that do a good job, but far outweighed by people that only want a paycheck.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are extremely lazy. There is no sense of urgency. Let me go to lunch, shop online, chat on phone smoke cigarette, or talk with co workers BEFORE I take care of customers!! And there is seemingly no manager around to reprimand or fire these people. Discouraging for others that love this co.
