Coworkers do not have the level of experience or skills as I and when they are tasked with a job they can not do they try to delegate when it is not their position to do so. If help is granted they take credit as if they did the work.

No recognition, I have been here over a year and even on the calls I am treated as if I do not exist and my opinion is not valued. We do not have a pay scale or a clear career path and yet we are told we are at the top of a glass ceiling to an imaginary scale
