Mostly positive thinking and supportive
The rest of my team are based in another country, who have almost double the compensation, although my role is far broader.
Cornerstone's direction doesn't appear to be clear. It seems there are big changes, and then crisis management to cover the true messaging behinf those changes.
Since starting my new role, what has slowed me down is time-consuming processes that need attention, and a lack of clarity on how best to do the role itself. The software itself is now very outdated.
When I joined Cornerstone I would have said that it was so welcoming, supportive and inclusive. The office environment was nothing short of great. It has however changed very much over the last 18 months, despite the pandemic, there is an heir of negativity across the board.
