Since having new leadership in North America the company has forgottin values, leaders swear on calls, devalue processes, even went as far as to say they didnt believe in the month thanks. Its a shame those are your directors

The new leaders in North America place zero value on people. The focus in the bottom line and its apparent by their communication and decisions.

I have always been paid less than my peers, and its become more obvious 2021, not to mention recognition for tenure, why have we not created programs doe 5 10 15 20 23 years?

My partners and co workers are different. My co workers are the people in my position, and they are non supportive, they are less than truthful and that is damaging. And the managers of these people who have favourites fail to hold them accountable.

The company needs to do what they say. You cannot preach Diversity and Inclusion and then elect not to hire from a diverse group. You cannot preach equality and succession but promote individuals because they were better looking than the qualified person. There is so much more feedback
