Tenure and/or Performance should be a factor when it comes to compensation and salary hasn't changed for a while now. Before we used to go through a yearly evaluation and the supervisor position was eligible for salary increase.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I'm a tenured Associate, always deliver and have not gotten a pay increase/revision in years. In that specifc regard (which has nothing to do with my leadership team, they're freat), i sort if feel under-appreciated as if all the years of experience and dedication don't count.
