Well it all depends on your attitude if you are open minded you will always succeed no matter the line of business you are in
Well like any other company they have ups and downs. I think there's always areas if opportunities when it comes to dealing with people, they are great nevertheless the less they could invest more time getting to know the agents and sharing responsibility it isn't a coach job only.
Every other call center in Nicaragua is paying more. We haven't had a raise in years and $550 a month for agents isn't enough and $900 for coaches is way less than other places are paying. You invest so much training and making your people value to leave because we don't pay enough.
