When the pandemic hit us and we had to set up for work from home, the team have been observed to help each other to make sure everyone will be able to set up their tools and assets

Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?

During the times that we had to cover another site due to the impact of covid, our managers finds a way to give incentive to those associates who renders OT to help. We also have theme days every Friday to lighten the mood after a hard work

The salary given by other BPos is higher than what Sitel provides. This is also more of a reason why employees are resigning ang transferring to other BPOs. This is also the reason of demotivation especially to the agents from our account which most of the time has high call volume.
