I would say it is more so recognition instead of compensation. No one ever acknowledges what we do day in day out. We are told we are valuable assets to the team but are treated less than.

I enjoy how we celebrate everything, such as Aboriginals and lots of different cultures around the wolrd. my only piece of advice would be to celebrate black history month as for the vast many years there has been no mention of this at all
