Organization is very good in overall. Only at times people driven approach bring intermittent halt at performance and results.

Happy with company legacy, however at location level the driving part of policies, treatment to support function by Site Directors should create positive vibes, specially at Mantri, NSL, Cyber Pearl, Gurgaon. It should be motivating environment. Dominating should be stopped.
