Its good organization for work and getting experienced. However support function doesn't get seniors from their domain and leads to no growth in terms of knowledge and compensation.

Happy with company legacy, however at location level the driving part of policies, treatment to support function by Site Directors should create positive vibes, specially at Mantri, NSL, Cyber Pearl, Gurgaon. It should be motivating environment. Dominating should be stopped.

Compensation should be inline with market value and the workload given to resources. The strategy I found is band, not performance for internal employees at most of the roles.
