For the department that I belong in, I like that the leadership team is already passed all the evasiveness and is more focused on issue resolution than the cause.
I feel like my basic compensation is not as competitive as other centers here in Cebu for my role/position however, I am confident that my teammates and I have done better jobs in completing tasks and deadlines.
