What makes me most happy at work is that we always learn something new from updates that are publicize and always learning from customer's perspective point of view about their service.

I feel undervalued and what would make me feel better about my compensation is that we also need a weekend at least once every month or 2 and our salary is low compared to other call centers and I feel we need more motivation to make the days more satisfied and less stress.
