It's like the safe option for people who don't have experience at working but definitely it's not a place I would work for the rest of my life. It's sad that we're trated like ants, one goes and there's another taking the place. We're considering just like numbers and KPIS, we stopped being human

We shouldn't have to choose between eating or doing company's actvities. I think it will not hurt to propose some activities or events during work time for some agents, for example excellence club

If you're a good worker, they don't recognise, I feel that if I do a better work, the only thing I will get instead of benefits or rewards etc is more work and more pression.

My mental health is in danger as well as my physical health, I don't have any motivation and I tried to talk to managers but "they can't do anything about it even if they understand" They encourage us to talk but I don't see much support or solutions.
