Sitel has really good initiatives for development, coaching, fun activities and here in Mexico we've seen good changes and i believe Management team is really commited.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The opportunity to meet new people, understand their needs and recognize their achievements. At least try to change a little bit the perception they have, in any opportunity or interaction I have with them.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
The fact that everybody is willing to help the frontline associates, sometimes I think they even take advantage of this, but at the end that helps build a reputation of a company that cares about their people.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Learn best practices from coworkers from different countries via Workplace and that is not always about work, you can also have a lot of fun with the fun activities like free dress code,,jump on a trampoline, stressout activities, contribute to community via Footprints etc..
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
That frontline associates really enjoy the working environment. We have a lot of tenure agents with more than 5- 10 years in the company and that's only possible if you offer a good working environment, obviously there's still things to be change but I believe we are on the rigth track.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
I like the fact that team and site performance is rewarded every quarter, it makes you accountable about what your contributing to the Site. I will asked only to have a greater percentage in food vouchers that really will help me a lot, no concerns about salary and the rest of the benefits.

We are commited with the goals of the company, and we've tried on these last months to communicate the global vision of the company to the rest of the team and let them know about all the new initiatives that Sitel has for them. We want more participation and recognition, we will love new logos!
