They never act like they are too good for you. They are always accessible if you need to meet with them.

It is starting to become more diverse which is exciting to see. They also are never too busy to stop, say hello, and address you by your name.

In my personal experience, I feel like I have always been awarded for the amount of work I am doing and the quality of work I am doing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is bought into the shared values, so you have that in common with everyone whether you are close to them or not. The energy can be electric too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our company is large but they invest in your as an individual. They know your name, role, personal aspects of your life, etc. They come down to your level and make you feel like you matter.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the flexibility to innovate and share ideas or come up with ways to make our job more efficient, identify needs that we may have and share with our VP knowing that they won't get shot down immediately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a good balance of work hard but also take time to do things outside the office with one another. Those out of offices activities like vision planning or Compass are what take our team's to the next level in terms of culture.
