I love Insight Global. I love our leadership and the endless opportunities and room for growth. My coworkers are my friends and management is supportive, inclusive and always open to new opinions/ideas. We do our best to work hard and make work fun at the same time.

What makes me happy as work is that I love the people I work with. I love my managers, my colleagues, and I love brightening someones day by getting them a job!

We are all friends. We celebrate each other's wins, we encourage each other, we help out when someone needs it. No one is selfish, we are in this together and will be successful together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The commission and bonus plan is very uneven when it comes to professional recruiters and account managers. The gap can be closed at least slightly, to make the pay somewhat similar. Especially now that recruiters are doing more than ever in the remote world.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think I am happy because I work with my friends. Our office considers everyone family and we are very close. This also makes it easier to talk with my managers/leadership and I feel comfortable voicing my opinion on things. They are all very open to feedback and hearing varying opinions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that every person in leadership tends to care more about their employees as a person and their personal successes. We always say that we are here to grow personally, professionally and financially and that is exactly what leadership focuses on. We are truly taken care of and cared for at IG!
