I really enjoy my job. On the sales side you can take a substantial pay cut if you're not at budget which can be a bit unfair for someone that is showing up and trying and just going through the ups and downs of the business.....I also feel CA reps are undercompensated for vehicle due to gas rates

Time off is fair. If you're in sales and not at budget the penalty is a bit severe, but other than that everything is good
