
it started out great but the last year has seen our leaders leave, more looking to head out, and our operations dept decimated. Not sure where all this change is heading
they are fun to be around
getting a new sale or customer
they exhibit mostly positive attitudes
they give opportunity to women
they make the office fun
we have our own autonomy

used to be the people but we have had many folks leave and new people arrive
there should be bonuses attached to making your year end goal and even more for exceeding your number
there should be bonuses for hitting your sales quota number. As it stands there is no incentive to hit and exceed the numbers given
