When I started here at age 20, I never believed I would be here my entire career but I was never given a reason to leave. Lamar is a family first company. Throughout my son's childhood, I never had to miss a school play, awards ceremony, or any other important event. Lamar recognizes dedicated employees and understands that we are parents, spouses, siblings and children first. I am very grateful for that.
