I have been exposed to many new learning opportunities and had very strong co-workers who share their knowledge. Have had the opportunity to work with a variety of teams within the organization and my team is very supportive both professionally and personally.

I appreciate many offerings but I would say the 401K, Pension and the generous time off. I also like the fact that Medela is constantly looking for new/improved benefits and consider suggestions by it's employees even if it is not possible to accommodate all.
