challenging and learning ten years, I have loved every minute even when overwhelmed, example SAP and now the Covid challenge.

I have worked at Medela for ten years in Jan 2023. I have had numerous managers and title changes. I cannot thank enough Margaret Prewitt for her mentorship my first year along with Ryan Hurt who mentored me the past 6 years, Ryan challenged me, offered feedback to my concerns/solutions. Excellent!!

Our passion for mothers and babies, support for parents. I make all of my accounts aware of our Medela culture. I work with many teams- CS and AS, marketing , sales opp and accounting daily/weekly . I always have positive feedback to my concerns.

My job has numerous functions, I work with 280 accounts, Providing marketing, promotions, offering solutions to drive sales.Always looking for new opportunities with incoming leads and ways to promote Medela in all channels.The impact of my channel is felt in all other channels through education

Getting the job done! this includes the daily challenges that are emailed to me from accounts. But partnering with other teams enable me to resolve.When I receive a thank you from a mom with a question/concern from a consumer show or an account that was frustrated.Makes it all worth it to me!
