Direct management/supervisory needs great improvements but I do still feel like I perform very well and hold great relationships internally and with my customers. There is a general fear due to layoff history I am not comfortable with, and sometimes a bully/steamrolled mentality comes through others

The pension plan is great and although I don't need to use it, the maternity and paternity leaves granted are amazing.

Completing a busy day and feeling satisfied with getting projects or rush requests answered. That is when I feel most proud of myself.

Direct leadership excluded, I like our strides in the healthcare industry and they seem to care not only about profit but the well-being of patients and moms in general.

There are some truly here to be their best self but there are difficult people with history of being difficult to work with, and the trust is not there when dealing with them.

My direct leadership is caring but stretched far too thin while other leadership seem to have lighter workloads and not nearly as much knowledge as my own, which puts mine in the position of always being responsible for the other leadership roles' work.

WFH has been immensely helpful for mental health during the pandemic and Medela has recognized who can be successful while staying in the safety of their own home. If there weren't sudden layoffs that made us all feel nervous about our jobs, the culture would be considered great.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The 401(k) plan is comprehensive and we have the support from Principal to contact them for help. I am not sure if this is unique or common for companies our size but it is helpful. RXnGO is great, and the pension is good if you retire with Medela. The health insurance is too expensive.
