I am very impressed with our paid time off package. and that we have both a pension and a 401 k benefit.

i am not seeing or hearing much positiv efeed back lately. people in production feel like machinery and very un appreciated. many employees have quit and many more our putting out their resumes
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
appreciate your production as part of the team. when we see perks bagels , salads subs from other departments and we are told thats not in our budget, why does their budget have them?

the previous ? is not a yes no type ? we all will have people we gravitate to, and people we pull back from. you cannot just ask if I like my coworkers. it is not a yes or no question.

quit taking away every perk production had.I.E free flavored coffee, gift cards for birthdays, Thanksgiving , holiday dinner in the cafateria, donuts on Sat O.T. an ocasional cookout in the summer, you cut down our bonus and made our rates unatainable ewe have had no raises for 2 years.
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
I feel production can tend to be invisible. and 2'nd shift more so and Elgin even more. we need to be more involved in the setting up of line placement, and the flow of the work area. we are being crammed together and its very claustrophobic sometimes.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
I would like them better if they listened and acted on our concern's if our comments on not what they are focused on they tend to be dismissed. I like it best when they listen. and realize if it matters to us and is addressed it will show in our work environment.
