While my overall experience is not a linear function. With some lows and highs I can say this company is great place to work.
Everyday as I'm working on proposed improvements I learn something new
Great team, we work toward the same goal and help each other.
Frequent communication during Ask Me Anything and Brown Bag events + other channels.
Building connections with people which lasted long time even after they are not part of team anymore
I think gaining trust will take time. This company should hit pause button on layoff people for few years.
People are encouraged to experiment and propose changes. Taking ownership on bigger initiatives is possible. Great place to grow
Do not repeat lay-off -> hiring -> lay-off cycle . After short term savings it driving remaining talented people off!
Bureaucracy and politics should be minimized in this company and people should be recognized by their contribution not by fact that they want to leave and are offered counter offer
Overall compensation is fair for market. But not comparable with bigger companies. Would recommend to treat this company as a volatile startup with normal pay as you don't know when you will be fired and company definitely pay less than risky startup contracts do
I feel that compensation is kept as low as possible for as long time possible. Current employees compensation should be adjusted to: contribution, responsibilities, and factor "Can I hire anyone for this position for this compensation?" Last one in my opinion is not considered
