is being able to see my team grow and see them implement what I have showed them into action
I wish there were a path for CSM's to go. I feel stuck in the position and feel the CSM2 is not the answer for CSM
Most of the coworkers are not skilled management and has a lot to learn about coaching and development. There is more to leadership then placing fear in someone to do better.
