Fun, happy, genuinely nice people, welcoming environment. The right balance of culture events and not intrusive of personal time (e.g. virtual holiday party, halloween trivia/costume party). At my last company we had a lot of virtual happy hours and it became too forced/pressure to be there.
The people I work with. Also, when people appreciate the work you do, give recognition and celebrate wins both 1:1 and outwardly. When leaders demonstrate empathy to "growing pains" even if we hit roadblocks, resource challenges, ambiguity. This makes me happy because it shows human side.
