We have no clubs, no teams, no company outings, nothing. There is no spirit of community here. We wrote down many options the white boards as suggestions, people liked the ones that were popular and nothing in return.
We need color on the walls, we need to make this office feel like home. It feels like a doctors office. We should have the same look and feel in Santa Clara as other sites. We do not.
Exhibit some passion, actively show you are rebuilding trust, active listening to the employees and act on things in a timely manner. We still have not heard anything about the Values. Why not? People are losing interest as it does not seem to be a priority for leaders.
lack of passion and excitement from management. People come to Santa Clara to get a pay check and go home. Thats it. People are engaged in this office. Management should do some things to get people reengaged here. People don't come in because its not a fun place to work anymore.
