It has not been an enjoyable experience, which is extremely disheartening. I have the drive, passion, intellect, experience, education, and certifications required to truly bring a best-in-class experience to the RDC family; however these opportunities have never been made available to me.

The opportunity for career growth and advancement within the company. The company leadership delivering on promises made to the employees. The opportunity for a position that is properly aligned with my past experience, education, and certifications.

They are very simple minded, and they are ultimately "bullies" when it comes to proper interactions related to work and interacting with coworkers. I have felt verbally abused in regards to my permanent disability and being part of the LGBTQ community.

There is no leadership, communication, or equality. There is absolutely no adherence to Diversity & Inclusion. I have been verbally abused for my permanent disability and being part of the LGBTQ community. I have never been provided with the promises made to me when I joined the company.

I have an MBA in Marketing, a MS in Management: Project Management, my PMP, and my LSS-GB. I have never been provided the opportunity to deliver upon my past experiences, education, and certifications. The company is truly missing out by not delivering upon the promises made to me when I joined RDC.
