Compensation is below market rate based on what new candidate prospects' salary expectations are and what we are offering new hires. With the job market right now I feel I could interview externally and get a pretty significant raise.
Too many company priorities that are left up to teams to prioritize how they see fit, so teams are moving in different directions. "Top" priorities are still under resourced bc teams are stretched too thin. We move WAY too slowly to be innovative or operate within best practices. Too political.
