I like that everyone is always happy and smiling. When I had my series of interviews the interaction with everyone was consistent and I like that! I knew that I was going to be apart of something great!

I like that I work in a stress free environment but most importantly the fact that I am changing peoples lives. We are building confidence in our customers daily and thats an amazing experience. Giving the gift of smiles.

My team is very ambitious and is open to change. We are constantly growing and expanding as a team and with so many great opportunities I like that they are willing to take on additional task or to help out other shops when needed.

I like that they make you feel more like a family versus an employee. We are consistently changing and implementing new policies and procedures and they've implemented several different platforms to discuss any new changes. The great things is that all leaders are on the call!

I like the consistency in the everyone who I interviewed with. One of my first interviews was a series of questions that I had to answer via video with no one to follow up with my responses on the other end. I thought that, that was really cool!

The company is very competitive when it comes to salary. I'm making 20% more then I was making from my previous job. I went from taking Uber/Lyft to work to purchasing a car a few months after taking on my new role. It has definitely allowed me to have a lifestyle change.
