At first it was good no drama everything was good but now there is a lot of drama, breaks are given out when covenant, not feeling valued, feel used most they time.

Changing the management. Definitely need them to change there mind set.

Less of a closed mind set. Definitely having everyone help each other out and having a better attitude about stuff. Not talking down to some employees.

They need to learn how to work as a team better and the management need to stop spreading more gossip to other co-workers. Definitely needs to improve with team management. Needs to make sure everyone is doing there part to help out not just some people.
